1 SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:
The Contract concerns the sale of movable goods (perfumes, gadgets, samples, goods produced by PAX s.r.l.) and involves two contracting parties: PAX s.r.l. VAT No.: IT02778090411 Registered Office: Strada Cagli-pergola 78 Cagli (PU) (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the consumer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) who accesses the website www.lorenzopazzaglia.com to make purchases.
2 TIME OF CONTRACT CONCLUSION:
The payment by the Customer of the items selected on the website www.lorenzopazzaglia.com through the automated procedure constitutes the conclusion of the distance sales contract.
3 CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS OF PAX S.R.L.:
Upon conclusion of the contract, PAX s.r.l. undertakes to provide the Customer with the ordered and paid-for products under the terms and conditions set forth in these Conditions, without prejudice to the right not to process orders from subjects who do not fall within the above-mentioned category of final customer/consumer or if, for any reason, the ordered product is no longer available for sale.
By sending payment for the items available on the site, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe all the provisions contained in these general terms of online retail sale in dealings with PAX S.r.l.
Placing an order implies full knowledge and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of these Conditions, as well as the additional information contained in the website pages referred to herein and/or linked.
4 CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS:
The Customer declares and guarantees: to be a consumer as defined in Art. 3 of the Consumer Code; to be of legal age; that the data provided for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.
In cases of identity theft, including through new technologies using A.I. (Artificial Intelligence), the competent authorities will be promptly notified.
5 PRODUCTS:
All product prices listed on the website include VAT. Pursuant to Article 17-bis (Announcements of Price Reduction) of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree No. 26/2023, the Customer is hereby informed that any price reduction announcement indicates the previous price applied for a specific period before the reduction; “previous price” refers to the lowest price applied on the website www.lorenzopazzaglia.com to the generality of consumers in the thirty days prior to the price reduction; this rule does not apply by law to so-called launch prices, characterized by subsequent price increases, and thus not subject to Article 17-bis.
This article also applies for determining the regular sale price to be displayed during special sales, pursuant to Article 15, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree of March 31, 1998, No. 114.
Article 17-bis does not apply to below-cost sales pursuant to Article 15, paragraph 7, of the same Legislative Decree No. 114 of 1998, and the below-cost public sale price is not relevant for determining the previous price.

6 SHIPPING AND DUTIES:
All our shipments are handled by leading couriers.
Shipping is free within Italy, except for smaller islands where a small contribution is required, calculated automatically at checkout.
International shipping is available to EU countries and most other countries worldwide.

7 DELIVERY TIMES:
Product delivery times are 24/48 hours and 72 hours for the islands.
Products will be shipped within 5 working days from the order date.
Delivery times may be delayed during holidays; couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01, or on weekends.
For orders paid by credit card, an additional working day is required for administrative checks.
8 PAYMENTS:

9 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the products.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the above deadline by sending an email to lorenzopazzagliaprofumi@gmail.com or infopaxprofumi@gmail.com, or alternatively via WhatsApp message or phone call to customer service.
To exercise this right, the Customer must return the products perfectly intact and unused (with cellophane intact if received that way), in the original packaging, to the address indicated in the invoice/shipping document within 14 days of receiving the products.
According to Article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the Customer has no right of withdrawal in the following cases:
Used or damaged products;
Products opened by the Customer, and thus no longer intact;
Supply of products made to measure or personalized, or that by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
Products invoiced to companies and not individuals, i.e., purchased with a VAT number.
The return shipping cost is borne by the Customer, who may organize it independently using a courier or postal service of their choice.
If the returned products are used, damaged, opened, or in non-original packaging, no refund or replacement will be processed.

PAX s.r.l. reserves the right to inspect the returned product(s) before processing the refund.
The refund amount (excluding any withholding by payment or shipping platforms) will be credited via bank transfer (please provide IBAN) or refunded using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).
10 REPLACEMENTS:
The same rules as outlined in section 10 Right of Withdrawal apply to replacements.
PAX s.r.l. will check the integrity of the returned product and the presence of the required documents, then prepare the new package after the Customer pays in advance for the new shipping cost.
In the unfortunate event that the Customer receives a product different from the one purchased, PAX S.R.L. undertakes to provide the correct product upon return of the incorrect item, covering both the return shipping and the shipment of the correct item.
The Customer must immediately report the receipt of an incorrect item and agree with the company on how to return it.
The incorrect product must be returned well packaged and in perfect condition, with the original packaging unopened.
If the returned incorrect product is damaged, opened, used, without packaging, or with damaged packaging, the company reserves the right to request payment for the incorrect item before sending the correct one.
If returned in altered condition, the incorrect product becomes a purchase by the Customer and will be shipped back together with the correct one.
11 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
PAX S.R.L. commits to carefully packaging all products shipped to the Customer; however, in exceptional cases, damage may occur during transit.
If the package appears tampered with externally, the Customer must refuse delivery or accept it with reservation; otherwise, PAX s.r.l. assumes no responsibility.
Following refusal or acceptance with reservation, the Customer must immediately notify PAX s.r.l. customer service to initiate verification procedures with the courier and arrange replacement or refund.
If a received product has manufacturing defects or non-conformities (e.g., malfunctioning spray, altered perfume), the Customer must report this to PAX s.r.l. as indicated above within 14 days of receipt.
PAX s.r.l. will not issue refunds or replacements for claims made after the deadlines.
Immediately refers to a maximum of 48 hours from product receipt.
The defect verification procedure requires the product to be returned.
PAX s.r.l. will perform all necessary compliance tests.
If the defect is confirmed, PAX s.r.l. will replace the product free of charge and refund the Customers return shipping costs.
Alternatively, the Customer may request a full refund including return shipping costs.
If no defect or issue is found, the Customer will be charged €12 for reshipping the item.
